Thanksgiving is 30 days away - do you have your flight booked yet?

Travel and Hospitality Expert Ramiro Cerda says book your holiday flights now. Here are some timing hints for the best deals. "Airlines: Monday and Tuesday starting at 9pm. They start reducing prices all across the board. Hotels: do the same thing with Tuesday and Wednesday being the best time to book."

Here are some of Cerda's best ideas for payment. "American Express Platinum Card, American Express also has a Spark Capital Card, The American Express Business Travel Card, The Capital One Spark Card that is amazing for travel, United Airlines has a card I recommend highly, and hotels have their own cards, too."

Airport Wait Times Likely to Spike this Holiday

The holidays are a month away and Cerda says book your holiday flights now for the best deals. "Thanksgiving and Christmas - especially with how flights are changing now --- I definitely recommend 3 - 4 weeks out for booking. [i.e., NOW] There are some great deals going on right now."

Cerda also encourages you to try another airline if the deals are good. "Economical airlines like Frontier and Spirit have what they call 'bundle deals.' That includes upgrades on your seating, and on a luggage package they also give you expedited check-in. Almost like a First Class service!"
