Demo details –
- Intro with general skills review: awareness of surroundings, verbal skills, timing, distance, etc.
- Vehicle demonstration in case of car-jacking or being trapped in your vehicle
- 3-5 General Self-Defense Skills takeaways (geared towards adventure-seekers/outdoor travelers)
- Last few minutes, some fun sparring with mitts for those who want to participate
