Is America being too soft with the Mexican Government? With so much corruption and cartel influence, we need to get firmer with Mexico if we want to stop the border crisis. After all, tough on Mexico policies are how Trump managed to secure the border during his term as president.
Border security expert Robert Almonte told KTRH that it's clear Mexico and the U.S. are not partners. He said, "Obrador is not a friend of the United States. He doesn't like the United States. That's evident in the comments that he's made. So we need to get tough on Mexico."
Almonte says there isn't much hope for things to change in Mexico until they get rid of the corruption, which means Biden trying to enlist Mexico's help to stop the border crisis is likely just a political stunt to make himself look better for the November election.
