The wet and stormy patters for the Greater Houston Area continues Thursday.
As of 4am, the timeline looks like this. Rain will get going at the tail end of your morning commute. It will turn stormy later in the morning, with those lasting through the afternoon.
Harris County meteorologist Jeff Lindner wrote on Facebook that, "Next round of storms forming over W TX and northeast MX and likely to arrive into SE TX around daybreak into the morning hours. This activity may weaken some into the area. Frequent lightning and heavy rainfall will be possible."
