Iran has been a major threat to America for about five decades now, and the threat from the country is at new levels in 2024. After the Biden Administration inexplicably unfroze $6 billion in Iranian assets last year, the country has backed Hamas' war with Israel, funded Houthi Rebels in the Red Sea, and are now expanding their nuclear weapons program. All with money Biden decided to free up.

After years of being shoved in a corner by Donald Trump, the Democrats have revived the Iran threat, and it is becoming worse as they are in cahoots more with Russia. New analysis from a United Nations nuclear watchdog shows Tehran has enough uranium to produced nine nuclear weapons in one month. Coincidentally, Iran has sent many ballistic missiles to Russia in their war with Ukraine.

That is right. Two of America's biggest enemies are scratching one another's backs, while Biden spends time on a Delaware beach, blissfully ignorant to the situation unfolding. But this is nothing new. Barack Obama also made a living sending money to Iran to help fund the program. Biden's disastrous policies have just continued that trend.

National security analyst Ed Turzanski says this is what we call 'paying the wage of sin.'

"This is what happens when you do stupidly sinful things in foreign policy, like providing a regime who wants to kill Americans with money...do not be surprised when they break every agreement and do everything they are not supposed to...and use your money in ways that come back to bite," he says.

The Pentagon has confirmed these links, saying Russia is sharing information on its space and nuclear programs in exchange for a splash of that Iranian money and ballistic missiles.

Yet, Biden and Kamala Harris continue to do nothing about the problem. Instead, they send another few billion dollars to Ukraine. They are more content blocking the serpent's path rather than cutting the head off the snake.

In recent weeks, they have said they plan to impose new sanctions on Iran, including against its main airline. But even that is not enough at this point.

"They are in position to have multiple nuclear weapons...so all of the choices at this point are extraordinarily bad," he says.

Compare that to Donald Trump. When Iran got just a little bit too feisty back in 2019, Trump did not just give them word salads and sanctions. He launched a strike that killed Iran's top command, including General Qasem Soleimani. He cut off the head of the serpent.

But Biden refuses to do that. To make matters worse, he has underfunded the military, who is now struggling to meet enrollment numbers. That creates its own national security concern, and we are seeing it play out in the Red Sea.

"Look at what where the US Navy is in relation to the Houthis today...we have this super pwoerful navy that cannot stop people with drones, who have managed to cripple shipping," says Turzanski. "Again, this is the wages of sin."

He adds that Biden will not impose strong enough sanctions, so this problem will persist well into the future.
