Another component of the open border crisis is the potential for terrorists coming across the border.
It’s a no brainer that these organization wishing to launch a terror attack here would exploit our porous borders.
Axios reports that the Customs & Border Protection agency confirmed to Congress:
“that four people arrested at the southern border since Oct. 1 match names on the FBI's Terrorist Screening Database…
Three of the people arrested were from Yemen and one was from Serbia.”
On Monday a group of congressional Republicans toured the border area near El Paso.
New York Republican Rep. John Katko said:
“…people they’ve caught in the last few days over there in sector three or monument three have been on a terror watch lists. Individuals that they have on the watch list for terrorism are now starting to exploit the Southern border. We need to wake up, we need to understand… And listen, Mr. President Biden, you’re an okay guy. Why don’t you just admit you made a mistake with this policy and go back to the way it was and keep America safe for all of us, and use that money that we’re wasting down here on our American citizens? The doors should not be open and we should have immigration the right way.”
