Speaking at a press conference yesterday, reporters tried to score points on Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis by pressing him on the large gatherings in the Tampa area during the Super Bowl.
DeSantis rightly pointed out that the media picks and chooses which large gatherings they like.
He told reporters:
“The media is worried about that; obviously, you guys really love that. You don’t care as much if it’s a quote ‘peaceful protest,’ then it’s fine. You don’t care as much if they’re celebrating a Biden election, you only care about it if it’s people that you don’t like. So I’m a Bucs fan. I’m damn proud of what they did.”
He’s right.
Didn’t hear the mainstream media outraged with Biden supporters celebrating him declaring victory.
Of course, the media wouldn’t dare criticize BLM gathering and rioting either.
