Over Thanksgiving weekend presidential nope-ful Joe Biden launched his "No Malarkey" Tour (yes, really) and gave a very relatable speech to that detailed his "hairy legs" (which children liked to play with) and explained that he enjoys when little kids jump in his lap.
It was even creepier than it sounds.
Then, as an encore, Joe nibbled on is wife's fingers while an audience watched.
