POLL QUESTION: Immigration 'Reform' in a GOP controlled House??

Even with a Republican controlled congress, there is still a chance that the Democrats will be able to push through their version of immigration reform.

"The Democrats are really interested in trying to find permanent, legal residency, with a pathway to citizenship for dreamers" said Joe Simonson, senior investigative reporter with The Washington Free Beacon, "You also have a number of Democrats looking to legalize potentially, millions of undocumented immigrants in this country currently."

They call it 'amnesty', which translated into more votes. Something conservatives thought they had, when the GOP took control of the House.

"You only need 5 Republicans to go along with any sort of Democrat led immigration reform" Simonson told KTRH, "And at that point you can force a vote on the floor, and so every other Republican might vote against it, but if you get all the Democrats and those 5 Republicans, it will go to the Senate."

Led by Texas Congressman Chip Roy, the 'Texas Bill' was introduced to deal with the Biden-border crisis, but it is not expected to pass.

The Democrats immigration reform bill is set to resurface, sometime this year.
