POLL QUESTION: Disney and your money

It's one thing to wish upon a star, but it is completely insane to wish upon a radical 'woke' LGBTQ agenda, that the majority of your customers and shareholders disagree with.

But this is not Pinocchio, and Disney is really doing it.

"They've made a huge mistake" said Jose Castillo, a Disney cast member in Orlando who is also running for congress, "This is not any small mistake, this is a huge PR nightmare and the reality is the this, the most valuable thing of Disney is their brand, and I think right now they're hurting their brand."

Disney has been in the Top 10 for biggest brands in the world, and now they've taken a big step, by alienating their faithful and core fan base, to support a hard-core gay agenda.

"There's a small group of Disney cast members who are very vocal, part of the LGBTQ community and they want to advance their agenda" Castillo told KTRH, "So they are loud, they are outspoken, and at some point the Walt Disney company has listened to them, and they have not listened to the rest of us because we have not been loud and outspoken."

With all due respect to the Haunted Mansion, the sad reality is, Walt Disney is probably rolling over in his grave.

"Our current executives have basically used the Disney name, a name that they were entrusted to protect, and they have used it to advance a political agenda" Castillo said, "That is not right, and it is definitely a terrible thing."

So what is going to happen next? Will there be a fairy tale ending? Or will the public backlash bring on a 'tragic kingdom'?

Castillo thinks the best thing Disney can do is apologize, and back off.

"At one point, the Walt Disney company said that they were the most admirable company in entertainment, but they wanted to be the most admirable company period, in the world" Castillo said, "And I think it's admirable when people come out and say I've made a mistake, and correct it."

Fighting Florida will not end well for Disney. The question is will Disney wake-up? Or stay 'woke'?

That leads to the poll question this morning.
