Hurricane Nicholas was only a Category One storm, but it managed to knock for power out for more than 400-thousand Texans last week.
That, combined with what happened in February, when most of the state went dark because of a storm, has some people still concerned. If a mild storm can do that much damage, what would another ice storm do? What would a stronger hurricane do?
