A Richmond woman and her homeowner's association are at odds after it says complaints were filed about Halloween decorations depicting skeletons pole dancing in her front yard.
Angela Nava says a letter from the HOA describes the display as "offensively positioned" and gives her 30 days to remove it. She says no neighbors have approached her with complaints about what is intended to portray an adult club. In fact, she notes that many have voiced support on Facebook.
Nava, says the skeletons' positions are changed daily, and since the HOA's 30-day deadline falls after Halloween, she intends to leave the display up.
