This is just awesome.
The morning after being shot in the middle of violent protests Major Aubrey Gregory showed up to roll call. That is amazing in and of itself. What happened when he walked in is even better.
Gregory was one of two LMPD officers shot during protests on Wednesday. Police said Gregory was shot in the hip and Officer Robinson Desroches was shot in the abdomen. Desroches underwent surgery and is expected to be okay.
