Texas Senator Ted Cruz was one of a handful of Senators that were named by President Donald Trump as candidates for any vacancies that come up when it comes to the Supreme Court. But Cruz says he's not interested in the job.
During an interview with Fox News yesterday, Cruz says he prefers to stay exactly where he is.
"It's not the desire of my heart," he said, adding that he wanted to stay in the US Senate. "I want to be in the political fight. I want to be fighting to nominate and confirm three, four, five principled constitutionalist justices."
