Joe Biden stepped into the spotlight at the DNC last night, coming into the picture at the conclusion of his wife Jill's speech.
It wasn't unexpected. But Biden surprised many by taking a few moments to speak himself. And you know what is bound to happen when he does that.
The Jill Biden speech marked the end of the second night of the convention. Biden will accept the party's nomination for President on Thursday. Running mate Kamala Harris gives her acceptance speech tonight.
