AOC continues to be the gift that keeps on giving to Republicans.
New York City is among those going through a surge in crimes. AOC and those that agree with her have been one of the reasons why, given their bush to defund the police. As ridiculous as defunding the police is, what she is saying about the current crime wave is even worse.
In a virtual town hall last week, AOC said the crime wave is being overblown, that it's just parents shoplifting in order to feed their kids because they are out of work.
Yes, she really said that. She also ignored the fact that she took jobs away from her own district by opposing Amazon building a facility there.
