Thirteen-year-old Micah Harless from Weatherford caught an 11.5-foot, 884-pound tiger shark Monday while aboard a charter boat based in Port Aransas.
He was on a 36-hour offshore trip with his father.
The young angler reportedly said he'd save some of the shark meat for his family and donate the rest.
