Somebody probably should remind Joe Biden how America got to be a big player in oil.
Biden may have won the primary in Texas on Super Tuesday, but he sure doesn't get what makes Texas tick.
During the debate with Bernie Sanders last night, Biden said he would allow "no new fracking" during after intense questioning from rival Bernie Sanders on whether Biden is serious about combating climate change.
Biden answered with something that will make Texans cringe, and something that wasn't good enough for Sanders.
