An Ohio man isn't happy with his local police department.
Apparently, the man was caught in possession of some marijuana, and the cops did what they were supposed to do; they took it and gave the guy a ticket. That apparently led the man to call the cops, and actually demand that they give him his marijuana back. You read that right. He demanded the cops give him back his pot. As you might guess, the conversation was caught on dispatch tape, and is as entertaining as you might expect it to be.
