An Arizona dust devil sent a palm tree flailing, and the guy who captured it on tape has a viral video on his hands.
Zak Norgren taped the unusual weather phenomenon in Phoenix, as it wrapped its way around the tall leaves and nearly sent the top to a 90 degree angle.
The thin-whirring cloud of dust, sand and debris, spun viciously around the tree with such speed that one passerby worries it will 'snap off'.
