Reality television star and home improvement expert Chip Gaines traded in his work clothes for running shoes this past weekend.
Gaines ran a half marathon in Waco, and was even helped across the finish line by his 11-year-old daughter Ella and his 10-month-old son Crew.
His wife Joanna posted pictures of the 44-year-old former “Fixer Upper” star and other runners in the Silo District Half Marathon on Instagram Sunday night. The race is hosted by the couple’s lifestyle company Magnolia.
The race raised $300,000 for cancer research and the Brave Like Gabe foundation, which supports cancer survivors.
Earlier this month, the HGTV stars were counted among the most influential people on the annual TIME 100 list.
The couple attended the Time 100 Gala in New York City last week.
