The father of an Alabama woman who married ISIS fighters is suing the Trump administration. Hoda Muthana left her family's home in suburban Birmingham five years ago, when she was 19, to join ISIS in Syria. Now she wants to return to the U.S. President Trump tweeted Wednesday that he had ordered Secretary of State Mike Pompeo not to let her back into the country. Pompeo says Muthana is not a U.S. citizen and will not be allowed into the U.S. Her father filed suit yesterday, arguing that his daughter is a U.S. citizen and that the administration is unconstitutionally robbing her and her 18-month-old son of their rights as citizens. The lawsuit says Muthana is willing to surrender to any charges.
