(Tulare, CA) -- A man in Tulare County is looking at a 401-year prison term for raping his girlfriend's daughters. He was convicted of numerous sex crimes last month.
The Fresno Bee reports that the sentence was handed down by a judge last week after a victim pleaded that Macario Cerda not be deported, because he would just find his way back. The D.A.'s office said that Cerda was deported after a previous conviction and returned less than five months later.
