(Louisville, KY) -- The parents of a ten-year-old who committed suicide say they plan to sue Jefferson County Public Schools.
His mother discovered his hanging body Saturday morning.
They say their son Seven was a victim of repeated bullying at Kerrick Elementary and on the school bus.
The district's communications director says they will launch a full investigation into any complaints. A crisis team will be on hand for students and staff today after Seven's death on Saturday.
The family is also raising money online to help pay for the child's burial.
