President Trump departed for China, and the much anticipated summit with Xi Jinping. But before he left, he sent another strong message and warning to Iran.
As noted by Fox News Digital, Trump said, ""I would say the ceasefire is on massive life support where the doctor walks in and says, 'Sir, your loved one has approximately a 1% chance of living."
President Trump also said U.S. officials believed Iran had previously agreed to relinquish its stockpile of enriched uranium, but that Iran’s latest response omitted any reference to the issue, raising concerns the Iranian position may have shifted.
As Fox points out, the breakdown underscores how quickly the current ceasefire could unravel, and how rapidly the U.S. could pivot back to military options if diplomacy fails.
