It's no secret that, thanks in part to fraud and abuse of the legal immigration system, the Muslim population in Texas is growing. Some are warning this might be more than a simple demographic shift.
Former FBI counterterrorism agent John Guandolo has been sounding the alarm that something more sinister could be going on. He's calling it “pre-kinetic jihad.” Guandolo spoke about his concerns with Texas GOP Chairman Abraham George recently on his podcast.
In the interview, Guandolo said: “There is a massive jihadi network and movement in the United States. They wear suits, they act all nice and friendly, but it's much more espionage and counter-intelligence.”
He went on to say that he believes the goal of Islam is to spread Islamic, or Sharia, law wherever and whenever possible, and the goals of pre-kinetic jihad are the same. “Sharia is a total system of law. It's military, political, religious, social, and cultural,” he said. “Islam is a totalitarian system governed by real law.”
Guandolo went on to point to New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani as an example of successful pre-kinetic jihad and said: “This is how they operate. He [Mamdani] is a jihadi. Those of us who do this work, we knew who he was before he took office, but he's a jihadi, he supports jihadis, but he's wearing a suit. That's the problem.”
He added that until we recognize this issue and start calling it out, we will continue to lose ground.
