Just in case there was any doubt, the White House sent a strong message and warning to Iran over their nuclear fantasies.
"President Trump does not bluff, and he is prepared to unleash hell," White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said at the start of today's White House press briefing. "Iran should not miscalculate again. Their last miscalculation cost them their senior leadership, their navy, their air force and their air defense system. Any violence beyond this point will be because the Iranian regime refused to understand they have already been defeated and refused to come to a deal."
Leavitt added that Iran has "already been defeated" by Operation Epic Fury, and should not miscalculate again.
"This is the largest elimination of a navy over a three-week period since World War II," she said. "Again, let me reiterate, this is the largest elimination of a navy on the face of the planet in a three-week period since World War II."
She was also asked to comment on reports of the 82nd Airborne Division being prepped for potential action in the Middle East, but declined, and redirected any specifics on troop deployments to the Pentagon.
In the meantime, talks with Iran are still ongoing.
