Former Trump Economist Says GOP Would Be Wise To 'Do Healthcare'

In addition to everything else that is going, one expert says there is another issue that is key for the GOP.

Economist Stephen Moore says, it's time for Republicans to 'Do Healthcare'.

"I've been in this game for 40 years, and when voters have been asked who do you trust more about healthcare, 75%-80% have consistently said Democrats, and yet Democrats are the ones who gave us the fraud of Obamacare" Moore said.

It's something that Republicans cannot afford to ignore.

"Republicans need to take the offensive on this" Moore told KTRH, "And we like Donald Trump's idea, where Donald Trump says lets give the money directly to the people, and then let them buy whatever healthcare that they want" Moore told KTRH, "A better healthcare system that doesn't bankrupt the country."

Republicans didn't do it in 2017, and it cost them dearly in 2018.

"The Affordable Care Act (ACA) was a misnomer, it was a fraud" noted Moore, "So, Republicans need to come up with a plan, power to the patient. Let patients have more control of their dollars, and let them decide."

Now it's up to Republicans to decide, to do it.
