After wrapping up a speech to the Republican Members Conference in Doral, Florida, President Trump jumped right in and held a press conference to update the media and the nation, on the where things stand with Operation Epic Fury.
Trump at one point called it an "excursion", adding that is has been “very, very powerful” and “very effective,” and that the one-sided conflict against Iran could end “very soon.”
On day 11, Trump also said he thought if he didn't strike first, Iran was about to, even after last year's successful military action via Operation Midnight Hammer.
"“If we didn't knock out Midnight Hammer, if we didn't knock out their Iranian potential, if we didn't do that with Midnight Hammer, they would have had a nuclear weapon,” Trump said. “They would have used it long before now, and at a minimum, Israel would have been annihilated."
The President also took questions and again pushed the 'SAVE America Act', while also vowing that gas and oil prices will come down here in the U.S.
