Houston police responded to a report of a suspicious person at Dobie High School.
Pasadena ISD said Dobie High School was been placed on lockdown out of an abundance of caution after a report of a possible firearm, adding that all students and staff are safe. No threat was found.
“Dobie High School has been placed on lockdown today out of an abundance of caution after a report that a student saw an individual with a possible firearm on campus.
Law enforcement and campus administration responded immediately, and an investigation is currently ongoing.
All students and staff are safe.
The lockdown was implemented to ensure the safety of everyone on campus while the situation is thoroughly assessed. Students are being supervised by staff, and safety protocols are being followed.
