Nobody Trusts Elections

As Senate Republicans continue to try and find a way to pass the 'Save America Act' for election integrity, one political commentator says the legislation is not the problem.

The real problem is, nobody trusts elections, and that is the crisis.

"That's exactly true, and that's a bipartisan distrust" said Dr. Brian Joondeph, who wrote about it for American Thinker, "Neither side trusts the elections."

But if that's the case, which it is, why are the Dems doing everything they can to try and block the bill from getting passed?

"The fact that they're apoplectic about it means they have something to hide, and something to fear about this happening" Dr. Joondeph told KTRH, "It's hugely demeaning to these groups of people to imply that they're not capable of doing it."

And if that's enough, even the leftist polls have found that 84% of Americans are in favor of a voter ID.

"Trust needs to be restored, if people don't trust, people won't even bother voting" noted Dr. Joondeph, "Because if Democrats can cheat in the midterms, and gain the House and Senate, then that's it. Republicans will become irrelevant as a national party."

It's worth noting that in the 2024 election, 62% said they were concerned that cheating would affect the outcome.
