One man is in custody of Harris County Sheriff's deputies in connection with a double murder in the Kary area on January 12th.
The man and woman who were killed, both 52, had adopted a child, and the man arrested in the homicide is believed to be the biological father of that adopted child, according to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzales.
The 41-year-old suspect is being charged with capital murder.
The investigation so far indicates there were angry disagreements about who has custody of the little girl in question.
The suspect was located in Round Rock north of Austin and arrested by the U.S. Marshals Houston Lonestar Task Force, and the suspect, identified as Norman Lee Johnson, was booked into the Williamson County Jail on Saturday.
