Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced a lawsuit today against a Delaware-based nurse practitioner who he says is shipping abortion drugs into Texas.

Abortion and most abortion drugs are largely illegal in Texas, but despite this, Debra Lynch and the group "Her Safe Harbor" are allegedly shipping the drugs to Texas patients.

According to a press release regarding the lawsuit, the group "routinely sends mifepristone and misoprostol to women across state lines. The organization advertises abortion pills by mail and promises delivery to Texas within days."

Paxton is quoted in that same release as saying, "The day of reckoning for this radical out-of-state abortion drug trafficker is here. No one, regardless of where they live, will be freely allowed to aid in the murder of unborn children in Texas."
