METRO Bus Shooting Suspect Was Out on Bond when Crime Took Place

One of the two suspects charged in the fatal shooting of a 25 year old woman on e METRO bus this week was out on bond at the time of the crime.

Records show that Patrick Scott, who is charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon, was out on bond for a felony aggravated robbery at the time of this incident. He also has a misdemeanor evading charge.

Another teenager, Brayden Smith, has been charged with murder.

Investigators said Smith and Scott were arguing, and the woman was an innocent bystander. A 16 year old was also injured.
