Hazmat Says Unknown Substance at Dallas ICE Office Is Not a Threat

ORIGINAL: Officials say Hazmat crews are investigating a reported unknown substance at the Dallas ICE office.

The ICE office is where a shooting happened this past September. The suspect, identified by authorities as 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, fired shots at the ICE office and killed two detainees and wounded one other, officials said. Jahn would take his own life.
