According to HPD, a man reported seeing 3 males breaking into an apartment across from him. The intruders were shot, after they broke the door down, and then fled the scene.
Officials say one person was pronounced dead and the other man died in the hospital from his injuries.
Investigators also found a large amount of marijuana and THC inside the apartment and are questioning the man who lived in the apartment.
Police are searching for the third suspect.
