As Democrat leaders like Senator Chuck Schumer continue throwing temper tantrums over the government funding, the problems are now hitting Houston travelers.
Bush Intercontinental Airport, starting at 4 am Saturday, will only allow passengers to use TSA checkpoints at terminals A and E, due to staffing issues amid the government shutdown.
Travelers will have to check their bag at terminal C and then go to terminals A or E to go through TSA.
Hobby airport might also see extended delays at check-in, as TSA agents continue working without pay.
