Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Deputies were involved in a car pursuit near Gosling Road and Spring Stuebner.
During the incident, the Texas Department of Public Safety assisted with a PIT maneuver. The suspect then continued driving toward Constable Deputies, at which time a deputy discharged his firearm.
With the assistance of K-9 “Rambo Tom Ramsey,” the suspect was safely taken into custody and transported to the hospital for a dog bite. No deputies were injured.
