At least 6 people have been injured after an explosion at a high-rise building in Downtown Houston.
According to our tv partner KPRC channel 2, at least six people suffered various degrees of burn injuries. They also believe that all the injuries occurred inside the building, and nobody was injured by any falling debris.
All the victims involved were believed to be construction workers.
The explosion happened at 1319 Texas Street near Daikin Park.
The Houston Fire Department says the explosion was caused by a boiler in the building on the 17th floor of the boiler room.
