Another win today for President Trump, as the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Trump can fire Biden-appointed FTC commissioner Rebecca Slaughter.
The temporary decision was issued 6-3 along ideological lines.
The high court set oral arguments for the case in December, that will revisit the 90-year old court precedent about executive firing power, known as Humphrey's Executor.
President Trump ousted both Slaughter and Alvaro Bedoya shortly after he took office without citing a cause other than his presidential and constitutional authority over the executive branch.
