President Donald Trump says the accused murderer in the Iryna Zarutska case should get the death penalty.
On Truth Social, Wednesday, Trump wrote, ""The ANIMAL who so violently killed the beautiful young lady from Ukraine, who came to America searching for peace and safety, should be given a 'Quick' (there is no doubt!) Trial, and only awarded THE DEATH PENALTY," Trump posted to Truth Social.
"There can be no other option!!!"
The Justice Department is now involved in the case, and DeCarlos Brown is now facing federal charges. He's been arrested about a dozen times since 2014.
