Are Gen Z The Ones Who Have To Stop Socialism From Taking Over?

As Democrats continue to move farther and farther to the left, some Gen Z conservatives now believe that it's going to be up to them to stop socialism from taking over in the U.S.

"Yes, we see that and hear that from our members across the state, we know it doesn't work" said Hannah Beth Jones, Vice Chair for the Texas Young Republican federation, "We are a generation that's ready. It's Gen Z's turn to carry the torch in expanding freedom. Here in Texas we live in a really wonderful state, but it doesn't stay that way unless we work to keep it that way. I'm excited at seeing Gen Z legislators coming into office."

Which is a far cry from what is happening in New York, where extreme Democrat socialist Zohran Mamdani is on the verge of becoming mayor, while leading the left's push for communism in the U.S.

So what does fighting to stop it look like for Gen Z?

"For the young Republicans, it looks like talking to Gen Z and younger millennials, and showing them the way that socialism has just failed time and time again" Jones told KTRH, "That it really just doesn't work and it's not going to work if we try it again here."

And it looks like it's going to be up to Gen Z to make sure it doesn't happen, especially here in Texas.
