Next year, Republicans are hoping for 'MAGA' midterms in 2026, with several Congressman and Senators running for Governor and other seats. But who is going to replace them?
"It's going to be a really healthy thing, you have conservatives who step up run who have been running businesses, raising kids, and attending places or worship" said Aaron Evans, president of Winning Republican Strategies.
Overall, in the U.S. House of Representatives, 16 Republicans will be running for other offices. And in the U.S. Senate, for both sides, 35 seats will be up for grabs. Evans is not concerned.
"Any time we get a fresh opportunity for fresh people to come in, it's healthy for America, it's healthy for the Republican Party" Evans told KTRH, "And I think we're going to definitely see that happen with candidates who have not yet been tainted by the inoculation of the D.C. bubble on Capitol Hill."
It's MAGA momentum, and a great chance for a MAGA makeover.
"I'm actually very excited about the new batch of candidates that we'll see step-up, and who's going to pick up the mantle to lead the conservative charge for the future of America" noted Evans.
There's more than enough MAGA to go around, plus the Democrats don't have anything to offer accept attacking Trump.
