It Turns Out, The Supreme Court Didn't Kill Universal Injunctions After All

Remember that big ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court that was supposed to finally put an end to lower court judges issuing 'nationwide injunctions' to block the Trump administration?

It turns out, the Court's 6-3 decision in Trump vs. CASA was only a huge win on paper.

"Even when you tell them they can't do something, they will often find a different way of doing the exact same thing, and that's what we're seeing now" said Josh Blackman, constitutional law professor South Texas College of Law Houston.

Despite the SCOTUS smackdown, the left was ready to go with plan B.

"Almost immediately, the same judge that issued these universal injunctions changed course, and now they're using a different way to issue these universal rulings" Blackman told KTRH, "They're using what's called a 'class action', so this will probably get to the Supreme Court in the next few months with maybe a decision by June of 2026."

So basically, what that means is we can expect more of the left's lawfare until next year. As Blackman notes, the courts have now become the predominant branch of government. And that is not ok.
