The Supreme Court of the United States has given another major win to President Trump, ruling that he can indeed fire tens of thousands of probationary federal workers employed by around a dozen different agencies.

This ruling from SCOTUS overturns a previous ruling by U.S. District Court Judge James Bredar, who had not only ordered Trump to reinstate the fired workers but also ordered the administration to provide him with a list of all the affected employees and how he was complying with the reinstatement order.

That order came after a lawsuit by nine different nonprofit organizations, which SCOTUS has ruled didn’t have standing to sue. The SCOTUS order read in part, "The District Court’s injunction was based solely on the allegations of the nine nonprofit organization plaintiffs in this case. But under established law, those allegations are presently insufficient to support the organizations’ standing."

This major win for Trump comes just one day after SCOTUS also ruled that Trump was allowed to deport criminal illegal aliens to El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act of 1789.
