The deportations can continue, after a huge win for the Trump Administration on Monday. The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 to allows the Trump DOJ to continue deporting criminal illegal aliens under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.
A liberal judge in a lower court had tried freezing the flights, claiming they were a violation of the Constitution. The judge also tried ruling that the deportation flights must return to the United States. This ruling now nullifies that lower court ruling.
The law allows deportations of 'invaders' to the country and has only been invoked three times in American history.
