The U.S House has voted to censure Houston Congressman Al Green for interrupting and heckling President Donald Trump on Tuesday night during a speech at Congress.

Ten Democrats joined Republicans in voting for the measure. Green himself voted "present." He did not show any remorse for his actions.

"I would do it again. This is a matter of principle," Green said. "This is a matter of conscience."

On Tuesday, Green shouted, "You have no mandate!," at Trump as he touted Republican victories in the House, Senate and White House.

Other lawmakers that have been censured on the House floor include Michigan Representative Rashida Tlaib, former NY Congressman Jamaal Bowman, and current California Senator Adam Schiff.
