Democrats may no longer have control of the White House, the House, or the Senate. But they still do have lawfare, and they are using it in any way they can to stop president Trump's agenda. The agenda that was voted on overwhelmingly by the American people.
It's only fitting, and it should come as no surprise, that Elon Musk has come up with a great idea to get rid of these anti-Trump activist judges.
"He's suggesting that the worst 1% of judges should be fired every year" said Matt Margolis, columnist with PJ Media, "A elected body should be charged with figuring out who those 1% are. This would weed out most of the corruption and the incompetence. It's a great idea, I think some it needs to be flushed out a little bit, but what we're seeing right now is it's got to stop."
It's not certain if Musk's plan could actually happen, since most judges are appointed for life. But clearly the law is in question, when it's used for political gain and to target political opponents.
