A happy ending in Harris County, as 15-month old Matheo Vazquez was found safe, and was set to be reunited with his mother.
Authorities are now searching for his uncle, Jason Irwin Vasquez, who has been charged with kidnapping, was last seen driving a dark gray 2016 GMC Sierra pickup with Texas license plate JZY5720.
