Not even an hour after Donald Trump took office and officially became the 47th President of the United States, the controversial CBP One app, which had been used by the Biden administration to funnel immigrants into the country, was shut down.

Users received a notification earlier today that all appointments made through the app had been canceled. A statement on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website says, "Effective January 20, 2025, the functionalities of CBP One™ that previously allowed undocumented aliens to submit advance information and schedule appointments at eight southwest border ports of entry are no longer available, and existing appointments have been cancelled."

There have also been reports that the El Paso border crossing was closed to illegal aliens immediately after Trump took his oath of office.
